I commissioned Laura to draw a portrait of my beloved dog Poppy as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. I was very impressed by her work. Laura was very professional and attentive throughout the process. She asked me for some photos of Poppy and she then complied a detailed brief which we discussed together. She created a stunning drawing for me which she was open to feedback on and made the very minor changes that I requested. The final result was a beautiful and realistic depiction of Poppy, capturing her personality and charm (and cheekiness). Laura went above and beyond and even arranged for the drawing to be framed. We discussed the frame (colour, thickness, mount) she showed me different examples so I could choose what best suited the drawing but also fitted in our home. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a talented and friendly artist who can create stunning hand-drawn portraits of their pets.
